Needs analysis, project development and quotation
Our team of architects and engineers will work with you and / or your planners to create a stylish, customised and exclusively designed solution – make a statement. We work together to develop the optimal solution according to your desired expectations and provide you with cost certainty after each planning step.
Assignment
Every project development is based on your wishes and the installation situation on site. We will only send you your final offer after all your wishes have been taken into account. This will become the basis of your project-related order confirmation. In addition to the agreed pool design and all attraction features, the commercial terms, binding execution times and legal parameters of the warranty are specified. An order confirmation is not absolutely necessary from a legal perspective, but it creates clarity and avoids possible misunderstandings.
Implementation planning
The project will be handed over to our project manager by the sales representative from this point onwards and we will start planning for implementation. This includes a construction details plan with a comprehensive representation of your pool facility, all equipment, as well as all necessary on-site services. Only after joint review and clearing of this planning documentation, by you or your planners will we start with the construction planning and subsequently production.
Installation
After our project manager has audited the on-site services, the installation situation and the site clearance, our own highly qualified pool installers start the installation of your stainless steel pool. Berndorf Bäderbau stands for reliability, timeliness and high quality craftsmanship in implementation, with the aim of satisfying you as a customer. You will receive a written completion notification after the pool installation has been finished.
Acceptance
The project is completed with the acceptance protocol. Together, with our project manager and you and / or your planner, all services are reviewed, and written documentation is provided. In addition, you will receive detailed training based on our operating and care instructions. Finally, you will receive comprehensive planning documentation, technical data sheets on the features and our service box with the necessary equipment to operate and maintain your stainless steel pool. Your personal swimming fun is now guaranteed!
