Needs analysis, project development and cost quote / specifications
With our architects and project developers, as well as from our experience on already ongoing projects of facilities (e. g. Südbad Trier, KOI Bad & Sauna Homburg), we will work with you to develop a suitable and economical solution for your construction project. Based on the project analysis, we are also happy to provide a cost estimate or a specifications list.
Commissioning
Commissioning is placed directly with us via the customer after submission of a priced list of services and winning the tender (= opening of the offer). The scope of the order is clearly defined with the submitted specifications and all relevant commercial details (e. g. invoice modalities, payment terms, contractual penalties, etc.), as well as the desired implementation dates are already included in the previous remarks.
Implementation planning
The project will be handed over to our project manager by the sales representative from this point onwards and we will start planning for implementation. This includes a construction details plan with a comprehensive representation of your pool facility, all equipment, as well as all necessary on-site services. Only after joint review and clearing of this planning documentation, by the customer or responsible planner / architect will we start with the construction planning and subsequent production.
Installation
After our project manager has audited the on-site services, the installation situation and the site clearance, our own highly qualified pool installers start the installation of your pool facility. Berndorf Bäderbau stands for reliability, timeliness and high quality craftsmanship in implementation.
Acceptance
The project is completed with the acceptance protocol. Together, with our project manager, the customer and / or the responsible planner / architect, all services are reviewed, and written documentation is provided. In addition, you will receive detailed training based on our operating and care instructions. Finally, you will receive comprehensive planning documentation, technical data sheets on the features and our service box with the necessary equipment to operate and maintain your pool facility.
